Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your dress and place it in the original packaging, ensuring the security tag is visible and the return authorization slip is included inside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
